I am confused Dr attia says zone 2 is 70-80 MHR and you have 60-70 MHR? Please help me ! Thanks

Thanks! I’m 44. Using the zones that Apple calculated (see explanation of Heart Rate Reserve method above). It used your Max HR and Resting HR to calculate zones.
